Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your eCitizen portal at accounts.ecitizen.go.ke/login
  1. Once you’re in, navigate to the NTSA tile and click on ‘Get Service’.
  1. You will be redirected to your NTSA dashboard. Click on ‘Make Application’.
  1. Once the application groups page has loaded, click on ‘Driving Licenses’ to expand it. Choose ‘One Year Driving License Renewal.’
  1. You will be redirected to a page with information on the one year driving license renewal. For those who would prefer a 3 year driving license renewal, choose that option.
  1. Click on ‘Apply Now.’
  1. Follow the payment prompts.
  2. Download and print your renewal slip. Stick it on to your driving license.

Hello Eric! You have to be in NTSA’s system for them to replace your driver’s license. I’d advise you to call NTSA and explain your situation. They will give you the way forward.
